High throughput non-destructive assessment of quality and safety of packaged food products using phosphorescent oxygen sensors (review)

Dr. S. Banerjee, PhD candidate C. Kelly and Prof. D. Papkovsky in collaboration with Prof. J. Kerry have published a comprehensive review article describing the applications of optical quenched phosphorescence measurements in food packaging. The review article has been published in Trends in food science & technology journal.
